Rubica offers 6 Conference venues seating from 2 – 150. With Conference rooms that are different in style and ambiance, we are able to cater for any need.
- 20 Seater U-shape conference rooms.
- 12 Seater U-shape or Boardroom style conference rooms.
- 70 - 100 Seater Schoolroom style conference rooms.
- 20 - 40 Seater Boardroom style conference room.
- 150 Seater Auditorium style conference room.
As a further addition to our Conference Excellence we offer as part of our Standard Equipment included in your conference package the following:

- 3 Tea breaks with refreshments
- Full Buffet lunch
- Set Menu’s available if total conferences booked for the day are less than 15 pax

- The main Conference Room is equipped with a fixed wide lense data projector and a motorized screen. The Mezzanine level is equipped with plasma screens as to ensure that both levels can view all projections.
Other services and facilities available:
- For private functions of up to 40 people, the Wine Cellar is ideal in that it's an actual underground cellar with all the trimmings; and access to the Cellar is from inside the venue.
- Ample and Secure parking is available
- For year end functions, birthday parties or weddings for up to 200 people Rubica is an experience not to be missed.
