All members of Staff will wear masks and will regularly sanitise hands.
All Areas will be sanitised with A food and surface safe fogger to ensure absolute safety for clients and staff.
All staff, cast and backstage hands will be screened before every show and rehearsal. This screening includes a temperature check, symptom check, questionnaire regarding exposure to anyone who has shown symptoms, and a signed document attesting they were checked and all information is true and accurate. A record will be kept of all contacts and artists.
All tickets will be sold online as far as possible
IN-THEATRE EXPERIENCE (AUDIENCES)
Social distancing will be strictly adhered to. Tables will placed 1.5 metres apart
Audiences will be asked to adhere to basic hygiene, e.g. coughing and sneezing etiquette (cough and sneeze in the crook of your elbow or use a disposable tissue. Once it is used, dispose in a bin as soon as possible, after which hands should be sanitized or wash with soap and water)
IN-THEATRE EXPERIENCE (SANITATION)
Hand sanitizer will be provided before entering the theatre as well as inside the auditorium. Screening of temperature of all guests are done upon enterting the venue.
Hand santizer will also be available in the artist restroom as well as in the backstage area
Before and after every event, all chairs, armlets, handrails door handles and tables will be cleaned and sanitized.
Manager and one staff member (at shows where there is such a staff member) will wear masks and practice a high level of hygiene and sanitation at all times
OVERALL THEATRE SANITATION
Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of any touched surfaces, such as door handles, tables, chairs etc. will occur throughout the facility.
Doors are propped open where possible to provide easy and touchless access.
Handshaking, hugging will not be permitted on theatre premises to limit contact and possible cross-contamination
Good personal hygiene and hand washing should be followed
People with symptoms will not be allowed inside the theatre, and asked to leave (will be treated confidentially)
No Merchandice sales will be done by any staff member of the theatre
No meet and greet and CD Signing will take place

CUSTOMER GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19
The following are minimum recommended health protocols for all theatre customers:
Maintain at least 1.5 m separation from other individuals who are not attending the theatre together
Making use of face coverings (mask and/or visor), hand hygiene, cough etiquette, and sanitation will be rigorously practiced
Self-screen before going into the theatre for any of the following new or worsening sings or symptoms of possible COVID-19: cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, fever, muscle pain, headache
Wash or disinfect hands upon entering the theatre and after any interaction with employees, other customers, or items in the theatre
A Separate isolation room will be available to isolate any client that may be a threat with risk of exposure to any other guest.
A Register will be completed upon entering the facility for traceability and symptom check purposes
